ConsumerX is a retail-focused consumer survey company. ConsumerX.net is the website through which businesses, analysts, journalists, and others can view the results and analysis of surveys. With our user-friendly survey filters and export options, you can identify and share both general and niche insights in minutes.
While in Beta mode, ConsumerX Basic is available to everyone and ConsumerX Premium is accessible to specially invited users via a token. Once it exits Beta, all users will be able to subscribe to one of our Premium plans to access the full range of features and benefits while Basic access will remain free to all.
Yes, we offer a basic access level to anybody who makes an account. This free subscription allows you to explore the app’s basic features and get a feel for its capabilities using a restricted dataset.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking “RetailX Account” and navigating through to myaccount.retailx.net. If you cancel during a paid period, you will continue to have access to the app until the end of that billing cycle.
